Paige’s Approach

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care. Sessions feel structured yet supportive, with clear explanations, thoughtful medication management, and focused problem-solving to improve real-life functioning. I integrate comprehensive evaluation, medication management, and supportive strategies drawn from cognitive-behavioral principles when helpful. What sets me apart is my ability to translate complex psychiatric information into clear, actionable treatment plans that help high-functioning individuals experience meaningful, measurable progress.

ABOUT Paige

I provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive counseling for college students and working adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I do this through thorough assessment, thoughtful prescribing, clear education, and collaborative follow-up so treatment feels intentional—not rushed or one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help high-functioning individuals who are quietly struggling experience meaningful symptom relief and improved daily performance. I want the impact of my work to extend beyond symptom reduction—to help capable people stop doubting themselves and start functioning with clarity and confidence.

My “why” is rooted in seeing how many bright, driven individuals internalize their struggles as personal failure rather than treatable conditions. Throughout my training and clinical work, I consistently found myself drawn to students and professionals who looked successful on the outside but felt overwhelmed internally. I believe in my mission because I’ve witnessed how accurate diagnosis and well-managed medication can dramatically change someone’s trajectory. That experience shaped my niche and makes me uniquely suited to help clients who are tired of working twice as hard just to keep up—I understand both the pressure they carry and the relief that’s possible.
