Please use the client portal to schedule/reschedule appointments. If you did not register for the portal please let me know and I can resend the invite.

In the mean time, if you need to schedule an appointment, you can do so in the calendar below.

  1. Decide whether you want to meet virtually or in person.

  2. Select the corresponding visit type for a follow-up visit.

  3. You will be asked if you are an existing patient, select “yes”

  4. You will be asked for your name and birth date.
